National Ski Team Background:
Kyle is heading into his third season on Canada’s Para-Nordic Ski Team where he competes in cross-country skiing and also biathlon competitions. Kyle took a major step forward in his development in 2019 where he competed in the World Championships on home snow in Prince George, B.C.

Introduction to Cross-Country Skiing:
Kyle was introduced to Para-Nordic skiing after attending a Paralympic talent search in Toronto in 2016. His results of the talent search suggested he try to pursue a Paralympic career in Nordic or cycling. Soon after, he met is his cross-country ski coach and has never looked back.

Kyle enjoys his time in the outdoors. When not training in pursuit of his Paralympic dream, Kyle enjoys anything in the outdoors. He works for the City of Sudbury.
