Job Opportunity – Para Nordic Development Lead
Reporting to the Para Nordic High-Performance Manager, the Para Nordic Development Lead plays a key role in strengthening and growing the Para Nordic development pathway across Canada.
Working collaboratively with Nordiq Canada staff, Divisions, clubs, coaches, athletes and partners across the Canadian sport system, this position will lead initiatives to identify and recruit new athletes, strengthen relationships and alignment throughout the development pathway, and support
the progression of athletes toward the National Team program.
The Development Lead will also serve as Nordiq Canada’s primary lead for Para Nordic athlete classification, supporting Canadian athletes through national and international classification processes. The role contributes to building a sustainable pipeline of athletes, coaches and system
capacity capable of supporting international performance and long-term Paralympic success.
