Nordiq Canada is seeking individuals who are interested in joining the Nordiq Canada Board of Directors.

The election of two male and two female Independent Directors for three-year terms will occur at the Annual General Meeting, June 17, 2023. The gender requirement is based on the Nordiq Canada by-laws which require an equal number of male and female Independent Directors on the Board.
