Weekly Division Update April 20

AGM Registration Is Open; Book Flights by April 21
The Annual Conference and General Meeting (AGM) is June 15-17 in Charlottetown, PEI. All meetings will take place at the Hotel on Pownal. The schedule is:
- Thursday, pub night at 8:00 (no evening meetings)
- Friday, meetings from 8:00-4:30 and optional group dinner at attendee’s expense
- Saturday, meetings from 8:00-3:00, AGM from 3:00-4:30, Saturday night banquet at 6:30
Meetings will include Board and staff updates, a meeting of the Division Chairs Council, and the AGM itself. The official AGM notice will be distributed in May, and a detailed agenda will be distributed in June.
Registration: Register for the conference and/or banquet before May 15. Lunches and coffee breaks are included in the registration fee.
Flights: If you are a Division Chair or Board Member, please email Ashley Orr to book your flights. Nordiq Canada will only pay for flights that are booked by April 21. If you need an extension, please email Megan Begley before April 21.

Ground transportation: Taxis from the airport to the hotel are about $25. Rental cars sell out quickly in PEI. You can use Enterprise Code XVC5074 to save money on your rental.
Proposals to Host: If your Division is interested in hosting the 2024 AGM, please submit a proposal guided by the AGM Planning and Preparation Policy.
Nominations are now open
The Canadian Ski Hall of Fame is seeking nominations for the most iconic snowsports athletes, coaches, builders, and pioneers.
Nominate a snowsports legend before May 15th to see them in the Hall of Fame, Class of 2023.
