Katie Weaver Acclaimed as Athlete Director

Please congratulate Katie Weaver who will continue in her role as Female Athlete Director on the Nordiq Canada Board of Directors for a second two-year term. Katie was the only candidate and was acclaimed.

Katie says: “My goal is to continue the momentum that Julian and I have created in working toward our strategic plan. I have a strong belief that Canadian skiers can reach their highest goals, whether that’s a podium at a provincial cup, or the Olympic or Paralympic Games. I’m motivated to advocate for the needs of Canadian athletes to ensure we achieve those goals together.

Thank you, Katie!
