Job Opportunity – Development Coach – National Ski Team (Olympic stream)
Reporting to the High-Performance Director and working within a collaborative high-performance environment, the primary responsibility of the Development Coach will be to lead and oversee the Development Team program. Development Team athletes have been identified as having strong potential for transitioning from junior racing to international excellence.
As a contributing member of the Nordiq Canada Coaching staff, this position will involve organizing and leading training camps and competitive opportunities, providing enhanced services and support, and ensuring optimal functioning of Development team athletes in their DTE’s, including alignment with their IAPP’s.
