Annual General Meeting: Book Your Travel Now
The annual conference will be in Ottawa-Gatineau from June 16 to 18.
- Register on Zone 4 by June 1.
- Book your accommodation at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Centre Gatineau-Ottawa by May 17.
- Boulevard Travel will email Division Chairs directly to book flights.

Plan for meetings to begin at 6:00 pm on Thursday and finish with the banquet on Saturday. Nordiq Canada pays flights for Division Chairs. If an alternate is attending on behalf of the Division Chair, please email the alternate’s name and email address to .

Nordiq Canada’s vaccination policy remains in effect. You will be asked to upload proof of vaccination when you register. Meeting protocols will follow provincial health guidance. Most importantly, do not attend any meetings if you are unwell. A Zoom link will be available for the AGM itself, Saturday at 3:00 pm ET.
2022-2023 National Ski Team and AAP Nominations
Congratulations to the Athletes who have been nominated and selected to the Olympic stream of the National Ski Team based on the criteria outlined in the Nordiq Canada National Ski Team (NST) Selection Criteria 2022-23 and will be nominated to Sport Canada to receive AAP carding under the Athlete Assistance Program Selection Criteria 2022-23. All nominations and selections were reviewed and supported by the High Performance Committee.
